Shop FAQ

  • Herbals are handcrafted in house and some small cross contamination may occur between ingredients in different products. If you have an allergy to shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, sunflower oil, jojoba oil, aloe vera, or any other herbs, please contact me prior to purchasing.

    Please read the herbal product ingredients carefully prior to purchasing. Test a small patch of skin with a product and wait for 24 hours before applying more. If an allergy occurs, discontinue use immediately! Please email me at shannon@wildwilling.com with any concerns.

  • Due to the nature of the handmade herbal products, returns are not accepted. I can only replace items that are damaged.

    If you are unsatisfied with an herbal product, please email me at shannon@wildwilling.com, and I will do my best to work it out.

  • I use only organic, fair trade, non-GMO ingredients, as well as locally grown herbs when possible. All-natural ingredients means I opt for raw oils which contain essential fatty acids that are healing for the skin and nervous system. When a particular oil or herb cannot be cultivated locally, I ensure it is at the bare minimum organically grown.

    Organic ingredients are essential, as pesticides and insecticides are not good to eat, not good to wear on our skin, and not good for the planet. Ever.

    Healing for our body = healing for the planet.

  • Herbals are made fresh to order to ensure every batch retains the highest potency until you use every last drop. Herbs we use are grown locally when possible, and always sustainably cultivated. At-risk plants are not used, period.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after purchasing. Products are shipped through USPS. You will be notified when your order is shipped and given the tracking number to stay updated on your order status.

  • Store in a cool, dark place. Herbal products are expected to last 6 months to 1 year if they are stored properly. No harsh preservatives are used to maintain the nourishing integrity of herbal remedies, therefore proper storage is essential to keep products from spoiling.

    Oil separation in herbals is natural. Simply shake up or stir if you see oil separation.

    Herbals exposed to high temperatures may liquify as saturated oils melt. Do not subject herbal products to dramatic temperature changes (such as storing in car or leaving by a window).

 

Membership FAQ

  • Absolutely! You can start your membership at any time and you will receive access to the archives of past videos, articles, tutorials, discussions, and downloads.

    Your subscription will begin on the day you purchase it and expire one month or one year (depending on the length of your membership) from the date you signed up.

    Note: not all past bonuses will be valid at the point which you join. You can still access videos, articles, downloads, and behind-the-scenes clips (depending on your membership level), however bonuses that are affiliated without outside parties and organizations may expire. Be aware of offer deadlines.

  • Unfortunately no, you cannot pause your subscription. However you can cancel at any time. And if you choose to cancel your membership, then you will still have access to the content in your plan until the end of your plan’s billing cycle.

    If you decide to cancel your membership, you are of course welcome back at any time.

  • We’d be sad to see you go! But the good news is, if you have to cancel your membership, it’s rather easy. Here are the steps:

    1. Log into your customer account.

    2. Click Account, then click Memberships.

    3. Click the member area you want to cancel your membership to.

    4. If you have remaining payments: click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.

    5. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.

    Note: If you cancel your membership you won’t receive a refund for payments already made. If your membership plan has remaining subscription payments, however, all subsequent payments will be automatically canceled.
