Come along with me
on this wild ride

I never thought I’d be a podcast host. I’m shy, soft-spoken, and an eternal wallflower who has historically been terrified of public speaking.

So why did I become one then? Well, it’s kind of a funny story. You can hear the full story in episode #1 Coming Full Circle and Embracing Horse Medicine.

The short story is that for years, I shushed the inner-voice that said “you need to do this” when it came to things that were outside my comfort zone. But it didn’t go away, it only grew louder.

Finally, I was driving home from the barn one day (while listening to a podcast, of course), and the host quoted Eleanor Roosevelt, who said: “you must do the things you think you cannot do.”

Well, isn’t that the truth. So I started listening more closely to my inner voice… and guess what else it told me: “if we’re too afraid to speak for ourselves, how we can speak for those without voices?”

And so here I am, finally sharing my voice to spread awareness about the work that I love and believe in. And I’d like to invite you to do the same.

Thank you so much for listening and supporting the show, I mean it.
