Pre- and Postnatal Massage honors the sacred experience of pregnancy and the 4th trimester, as the body goes through incredible changes to prepare for labor and birth, and care for a newborn.

These treatments aim to alleviate tension and soreness in the lumbar spine, hips, and chest, gently move the lymph and help increase circulation in the legs, and relax the central nervous system. Specialized pillows are used to allow for comfortable positioning at any stage during pregnancy and postpartum. Treatments are kept to a maximum length of 90 minutes to ensure comfortability.
